Responsibilities

- Ensure excellent user experience and perform 0 level support for SAP and local application (e.g. e-ordering system)

- Collaborate with Application Specialist for technical improvement opportunities

- Specialization on E2E(End to End)-process and on certain system and / or module

- Investigate, resolve application issues and / or raise tickets for further investigation

Requirements

- Collage graduate or higher (preferring IT-related departments such as computer engineering and information and communication engineering)

- Fluent in English, Good communication, Experience with SAP, Experience with application based on WEB/WAS/DB, Business process knowledge

- One(1) to five(5) years’ experience in ERP and application support

- Positive, self-directed, meticulous)
