<Key Responsibilities>
Product Management and Development:
- Oversee the creation and management of Purchase Orders (PO) for products such as natural gypsum, plasterboard etc.
- Review and manage plasterboard specifications to ensure compliance with market demands and customer requirements.
- Lead the development and launch of new products, including Multifunction Boards and Advanced Gypbond, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.
- Manage product-related tasks, including creating product cards, implementing packaging changes, and updating technical specifications.
- Establish and maintain T/P rules for products, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor and address issues related to Fake PO and Open PO to maintain operational integrity.
- Oversee product pricing strategies and manage the creation of new product codes and T/Ps for product additions
Customer and Sales Support:
- Respond to sales inquiries related to plasterboard, metal components, and adhesives, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Address VOC (Voice of Customer) feedback and manage claims resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support and enhance product knowledge.
Marketing and Communication:
- Develop and produce engaging YouTube videos to promote products and educate customers.
- Write and distribute informational newsletters to keep stakeholders informed about product updates and industry trends.
- Organize and conduct online marketing seminars to engage with customers and promote product offerings.
- Plan and execute sales seminars to support the sales team and enhance product knowledge.
Training and Documentation:
- Prepare and update the production training materials to support internal and external training needs.
- Regularly update material approval documents, catalogs, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure all product-related materials and processes meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update approval documents, catalogs, and technical data sheets to reflect the latest product developments and standards.
<Required Qualifications>
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, and sales or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- More than 10 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of product specifications, development processes, and market requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct training and seminars.
- Proficiency in English and Korean is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
